Use of BrokerOS itself is governed by the separate agreement signed between Catena Logistix and each customer. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the customer agreement applies.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, or use automated means to extract content at a volume that burdens the service.

The content of this website — including text, graphics, product imagery and the Catena Logistix and BrokerOS names and marks — belongs to Catena Logistix or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Names of third-party products mentioned on this site, such as transportation management systems, load boards and telematics providers, are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention describes compatibility and does not imply endorsement.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice. Product screens shown on this site are illustrative. Performance figures describe typical or example outcomes and are not a guarantee of results for any particular brokerage.

Requesting a demo or a pilot does not create an obligation for either of us to enter into a commercial agreement. The scope, duration and terms of any pilot are set out in writing between us before it begins.
