Multi-tenant, encrypted, access-controlled.
Your carrier network and your shipper pricing are the business. BrokerOS is built so that they stay yours: isolated per brokerage, encrypted end to end, and never used to train anyone else's models.

How your data is protected
Clean boundaries between brokerages, enforced in the architecture rather than by convention.
Strict tenant isolation
Your proprietary carrier relationships and shipper pricing are strictly isolated. One brokerage's data is never visible to, or mixed with, another's.
Encryption everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256, including parsed loads, source documents and telemetry.
Role-based access control
Access is granted by role, so reps, dispatchers and administrators see and change only what their job requires.
Zero cross-brokerage training
No customer data is ever used to train public or cross-brokerage models. Your carrier rates and margins remain strictly confidential.
Signed integrations
Every webhook payload is signed with HMAC-SHA256, preventing replay attacks and payload tampering between BrokerOS and your systems.
Auditable by design
Every extracted field is traceable to the exact line of the original email or PDF. There is no black-box processing between request and booked load.
AI reads. Your team decides.
Security is also about what the system is allowed to do on its own. BrokerOS does the heavy computational lift; your brokers hold the authority.
- 01 // Governance
Human-in-the-loop on every booking
BrokerOS proposes quotes, matches carriers and extracts rate cons, but final tenders and rate agreements require broker sign-off or strictly defined threshold policies.
- 02 // Verifiability
Every extraction traceable to its source
Click any field — rate, commodity, zip code, weight, or special equipment instruction — and BrokerOS highlights the exact line it was read from.
- 03 // Policy
Thresholds you define
Automation only acts inside the limits your brokerage writes down. Anything outside them is held for a person.
