BrokerOS v3.8 release: predictive ELD geofencing & waterfall carrier canvassing
Automating carrier tier waterfall tenders without spamming capacity networks. Real-time telemetry sync with Samsara, Motive, and enterprise ELD APIs.
BrokerOS 3.8 is live for all workspaces. This release is about the middle of the load lifecycle: getting the truck, and knowing where it is once you have it.
Waterfall carrier canvassing
Tendering now runs as a tiered cascade. Your dedicated and highest-rated carriers are offered the load first. If nobody accepts inside the window you set, the tender moves to preferred regional carriers, and only then out to the load boards.
The point of the waterfall is restraint. Blasting every load to every carrier trains your network to ignore you. Tiering means the carriers you most want to work with see the freight first, and the broadcast is a fallback rather than the default.
Predictive ELD geofencing
Tracking now combines live ELD position with geofences around pickup, delivery and intermediate checkpoints. Departures and arrivals are stamped automatically, and the predicted ETA is recalculated as the truck moves.
When the prediction slips past the appointment, the rep is alerted with time to act — hours ahead, not when the receiver calls. Telemetry sync is available through Samsara, Motive and enterprise ELD APIs.

Rate confirmations are generated and routed for e-signature the moment a load is awarded, and the booked carrier is written back to your TMS without re-entry. See the changelog for the full list.
